white-space:wrap; overflow:auto; vertical-align:middle;'>\n It is important to have multiple gas turbines so that programmed maintenance or accidental outages do not result in mandatory loss of ALL electricity generated by the plant. \u00a0One of these aeroderivative gas turbines can be replaced in 24 hours regardless of where in the world it is deployed. \u00a0An economy of scale is achieved with three 60 MW aeroderivative gas turbines feeding one steam turbine &#8212; white-space:wrap; overflow:auto; vertical-align:middle;'>\n The gas turbine power plant has traditionally been used by power utilities as an \u2018emergency power resource\u2019 or a \u2018peaker\u2019.\u00a0 Unlike coal-fired or nuclear power stations which literally take days to turn on or shut down, the gas turbine can be started up and reach full output in 20 to 30 minutes.\u00a0 In this peaker configuration, the open cycle gas turbine burns a huge amount of fuel &#8212;\u00a0Utilizing natural gas, a 200 MW open cycle gas turbine (OCGT) requires 38.5 metric tons of natural gas per hour for 200 MWh of electricity.\u00a0 That\u2019s 739 metric tons per day of operation at 80% availability, or 22,176 metric tons per month.<\/p>\n<p>We will natural gas to fuel our Siemens SGT A65 WLE ISI 3 on 1 One Pressured Fired CCGT system. \u00a0It\u00a0requires 42.33 metric tonnes of natural gas per hour to generate 322 MWh of electricity. \u00a0That&#8217;s 1,016 metric tonnes per 24 hours&#8217; of operation, or 30,901 metric tons per 24X7 month.<\/p>\n<p><i>Fuel additive works with liquid<\/i>.\u00a0 SSL is a German fuel additive that has been able to add 15% more output from liquid fuel for a variety of vehicles &amp; white-space:wrap; overflow:auto; vertical-align:middle;'>\n The Power Bridge Program seeks to configure gas turbines not into emergency \u2018peaker\u2019 power plants that only operate 6% of the time, but into 80% available \u201cbase-load\u201d power plants that can produce reliable cost-effective electricity.\u00a0\u00a0 In addition to liquid petroleum gas and SSL fuel additive, we plan to utilize a variety of heat-to-electricity conversion technologies to reduce the amount of fuel required to produce each kiloWATT hour of electricity.\u00a0 <i>Inlet fogging<\/i> sub-systems will lower the temperature of air before compressing to increase efficiency.\u00a0 <i>Hot dry steam will be injected <\/i>into and just after the combustion chamber to increase the pressure of the exhaust on the electricity turbine blades. <i>A combined steam cycle turbine<\/i> will use the exhaust from the electricity turbine to generate steam that turns a second stage electricity turbine.\u00a0 <i>A flow acceleration heat exchanger subsystem <\/i>\u2013 a new innovation \u2013 utilizes the waste heat exhaust from the steam turbine (100 \u02da to 150 \u02da C.) \u00a0to accelerate supercritical CO<sub>2<\/sub> in a third closed electricity generation cycle.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A combined cycle gas turbine plant will average 57% heat-to-electricity conversion efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>If our combination of sub-systems achieves 65% efficiency, this will increase the power generated from the same amount of fuel\u00a0.<span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">\n<\/div><\/td><\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<div class='easySpoilerConclude' style=''><table class='easySpoilerTable' border='0' style='text-align:center;' frame='box' align='center' bgcolor='FFFFFF'><tr><th class='easySpoilerEnd' style='width:100%;'><\/th><td class='easySpoilerEnd' style='white-space:nowrap;' colspan='2'><\/td><\/tr><tr><td class='easySpoilerGroupWrapperLastRow' colspan='2' style=''><\/td><\/tr><\/table><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>How will the project be managed?<\/b><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class='easySpoilerWrapper' style=''>\n<table class='easySpoilerTable' border='0' style='text-align:center;' align='center' bgcolor='FFFFFF' >\n\n<tr style='white-space:normal;'>\n<th class='easySpoilerTitleA'style='text-align:left;vertical-align:middle;font-size:100%;
